Trade accounts

If you buy parts every week, a trade account puts your spend on one monthly statement and gets you better prices than the website shows. It is free to apply and there is no minimum order.

What you get

• Account pricing. An extra discount on top of our published volume tiers, set by range once we understand what you buy.
• 30-day credit terms. For approved limited companies and established sole traders, subject to a credit check. Until terms are approved you can pay by bank transfer.
• A named contact. One person on the parts desk who knows your account, your vehicles and your usual brands.
• Proper paperwork. VAT invoices on every order, your own PO or job references printed on invoices, and a monthly statement.
• Same-day collection. Order online or by phone and collect from the Birmingham trade counter, usually within the hour.

Who can apply

Independent garages, MOT centres, motorcycle dealers and workshops, mobile mechanics, fleet and hire operators, and resellers. You will need a UK business address; a VAT number helps but is not essential.

How it works
