Terms of sale

These terms apply to every order placed on this website, by phone or at our trade counter. Trade account customers are also bound by the credit terms agreed when the account was opened.

1. Orders and contract

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we dispatch the goods or confirm collection is ready. We may decline an order, for example if a part is listed at an obviously incorrect price.

2. Prices and payment

Prices are in pounds sterling. Prices shown ex VAT have VAT added at the prevailing rate at checkout. Payment is due before dispatch unless you hold an approved credit account.

3. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery; ownership passes when we have received payment in full.

4. Fitment and suitability

Fitment information is provided in good faith as a guide. You are responsible for checking a part is correct for the vehicle before fitting it. Parts should be fitted by a competent person following the vehicle manufacturer’s procedures.

5. Returns and warranty

See our returns and warranty policy. Consumers also have the right to cancel within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations; this does not apply to business customers.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. For business customers, our liability is limited to the price of the goods concerned.

7. Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
