Order by 4pm, Monday to Friday, for next-working-day delivery to UK mainland addresses.

Orders placed after 4pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are picked on the next working day. Delivery estimates on the website update live against the cut-off and UK bank holidays.
Tracking
We email a tracking link when your parcel leaves the warehouse. Most deliveries arrive before 6pm; you can change the day or leave safe-place instructions from the tracking page.
Heavy and restricted items
- Batteries travel by road only and carry a two-person-lift label. They cannot be sent to the Channel Islands.
- Aerosols (brake cleaner, chain lube) ship as limited-quantity dangerous goods and cannot go by air.
- Bulky items such as control arms and cases of oil may arrive as a separate parcel.
Something missing or damaged?
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery and we will send a replacement or refund. Take a photo of the packaging if the box is damaged — it helps us claim from the courier.
